Why we need gender roles?

Some people think, that gender differences are bad, and nowadays gender differences are not actual. Of course nowadays this differences are not so clear, as before. But I think that it is important to have different roles in our society.

From my point of view we need to divide our gender roles to simplify our life. So men do one work, and women another. But each  gender shold be ready to do anothers work. For example sometimes men should do women work, like cleaning, cooking, washing dishes. And people should not think, that only one genfer should do some job. I am talking about such stereotypes, as only men should repair house, or only women should wash dishes. We need gender roles to reduce load on human. So men are used to do one part of work in a family, and women are used to do another. Gender roles are important to have harmony in family. This roles are just stereotypes made by time and men can replace women roles or conversely.

In conclusion i wold like to say, that we need gender roles, but they are not so important. They are made to make our life easier, to divide family work for two people.
