Traditionally, women are homemakers and men are breadwinners. For instance, women should take care of children, clean up the house, cook food while men should work to bring money. But why there is a difference between women and men, why they don't equal?

People can't trust women in important jobs. That is why women very rarely work in high prestige jobs, they usually work in lower prestige jobs and they are paid less than men.

Also as for politics women can't work at high positions. More men are elected to political positions. It is explained by the fact that people believe more men than women because they convinced that men can work more accurate and properly in comparison with women.
