Nowadays, many psychologists say that men and women have equal rights. However, it's not always true and we still have stereotypes that men have more rights than women.
Since ancient times women took care of children, cooked, kept their house and so on. They even were not allowed to go to school and get education. Men, on the contrary, supposed to be strong, intelligent, educated, were the head of the family. Today, situation for women is much better, but there are still many examples of sexism against women. Examples are quite obvious. For men it's easier to get prestige job, to earn more money. Practically all politicians are men. Some religions, for instance, do not accept women as leaders. What is more, in some countries women even don't have some rights, like they are not allowed to drive a car and should wear special clothes. But, in my opinion, that's not fair. As for me, I think that women are not less intelligent than men. They are well-organized, accurate, responsible and hard-working. They can deal with any problems not worse than men.
This question about women rights has always been interesting for people. In developed countries these sexism problems are being solved. Women have the same rights as men, but, however, stereotypes in our society are still alive.
