Personally I think that nowadays people have a lot of stereotypes about genders. Especially in work. For example there is a work only for women like baby-sitters, housekeepers, sellers etc. and also there is a work for men for which women are not suitable like pilots, drivers, bodyguards, sometimes religion leaders etc. Personally I think it's not fair cause we all have our own choice and our human rights, everyone can make something better than others and everyone has a talent in something but he/she just can't realize it sometimes only because of this stupid stereotypes which interfere so much.
In my opinion life will be really easier if people just destroy all these stereotypes. Good worker can't have a gender he is just the best at this work and no one's opinion should not disturb him. So many people all over the world are suffering because of this kind of discrimination. Many of that people can't even find a job and therefore there are such problems like unemployment.
So people should be more tolerant to each other. Women and men should have an opportunity to choose work where they feel themself comfortable without any pressure from the other people.
