It's not fair

Looking to the current world, we can say that men have more abilities. For example:

• career
• government (politics)
• religion
• family

As for career, men are more preferable in hiring to the job. If employer have to choose who to increase, woman or man, the employer will choose the man. There is a stereotype that men are smarter, more focused on career and ambitious. I think, women also can have a good job as men. They are diligent, hardworking, responsible and careful.

Politicians and people in the government are almost always men. From ancient times there is the tendency that the heads of the government must be men because men are continuing the generation. But how can they continue the generation without women? Almost nobody was thinking about women as heads of the government. But there were some women-rulers and they were really good in it. The same situation is now. There are more men than women in the government and politics. 

Religion also prefer men more. For example, when woman attend the church she have to abide lots of rules (you must be in the skirt, the shoulders and knees can’t be open, you must have the shawl to put it on your head and etc.) Men don’t have rules almost at all. 

The role of every man is just to provide his family. Woman must to create an atmosphere at home, care about children and her husband, do the housework, cook. Everything that connected with family is in charge of woman. So why traditionally man is the head of the family?

It’s good to realise that everything changes. Nowadays women begin to have the same rights and opportunities as men. 

Summing up all the things I would say that man as woman not just born as man or woman, they are becoming man and woman.
